Unfortunately a number of ex pupils believe they automatically become members of the Old Rydeians’ Association (ORA) on leaving school. This is not the case. If you wish to join the Association, you are required to complete a New Member form, so your details can be recorded on the Association database.
The number of Association members has increased steadily in recent years and now the majority of school leavers accept the invitation to join us. There are currently almost 1800 members, from all walks of life, scattered worldwide

For as long as Association finances permit, subscription paying members of the Association will be sent newsletters and notifications of reunions and events. The Rydeian Magazine is also available to such members ‘free upon request’.
Association membership is for life and unless you specifically send instructions to have your membership cancelled, your details will remain on the database.
Please note: The Association is unable to send newsletters, merchandise, magazines or directories to members who allow their subscription payments to lapse.
